The tanks had previous repair attempts (crack treatment and injection works) which were not effective, leaving recurring leakages.
Old failed treatments were removed, cracks and honeycombs were repaired with Renderoc Plus & Nitobond Plus, crystalline waterproofing was applied, and injection with polyurethane resins was performed to seal deep leaks. Final water filling tests confirmed the success of the system.
