The project concept involved a complete renovation of all the recovery, resuscitation, and operating rooms. It was therefore necessary to organize all activities without interruption at the hospital, and the timetable was studied in agreement with the hospital administration.

The project site is in the crowded Kasr El Aini area, so we faced many difficulties in pouring the concrete.

The hospital management has been trained to adhere to hygiene and maintenance standards to maintain the specialized work carried out.
