Renderoc HB40 Plus is an extra high build, shrinkage compensated repair mortar conforming to EN1504-3 Class R3, compatible with concrete 25 – 50 MPa. It is designed for the reinstatement of concrete where low permeability and high resistivity characteristics are key requirements. It is suitable for vertical and overhead repair work and can be applied in sections up to 100mm thickness in vertical locations and up to 80mm thickness in overhead locations in a single application without formwork. Thicker sections can be achieved by using formwork or by building up in layers. It can also be applied using a wet-spray process for faster, high build repairs.
