Villas were already completed and handed over, making external waterproofing works extremely difficult. Water leakage had to be treated after concrete casting and finishing. Detecting exact leakage points inside completed villas and pools was also highly complex.
The team applied advanced diagnostic and probing techniques to locate leaks, carefully cut and re-applied waterproofing layers, and welded new PVC/TPO membranes in critical areas. Despite the difficulty, multiple villas and swimming pools were successfully remediated and fully waterproofed.
