• Structural repair and rehabilitation of severely cracked water tanks.
• Extensive grouting works to fill large cracks and voids.
• Surface treatment and reinforcement around exposed steel areas.
• Application of cementitious waterproofing system to ensure long-term water tightness.

The water tanks had extensive cracks, with reinforcement exposed and, in some zones, concrete walls completely broken through (visible from the other side). This posed both structural and waterproofing risks.
The team carried out intensive grouting and repair works, filling cracks and large voids, treating corroded reinforcement, and rebuilding weak sections. After structural integrity was restored, MasterSeal 550 cementitious waterproofing was applied, delivering a watertight system in a short timeframe despite the severe initial damage.
