WEATHERCOAT-FLEX / TEFLON is a luxury water-borne emulsion paint based on 100% pure acrylic with Teflon surface protector additives, which enhances excellent dirt pick-up resistance (DPUR) and maintains a fresh look. It offers very good resistance to cracking, peeling, chalking, and discoloration. Weathercoat Flex Tex Medium is a high-performance elastomeric water-based coating formulated on 100% acrylic emulsion, light and weatherfast pigments, and superior quality extenders. It has excellent exterior durability and efficiently fights against algal and bacterial attacks. Its superior elastic property effectively bridges cracks on the wall and gives a seamless long-lasting finish. The product is environmentally friendly, low VOC, and APEO free (compliant to ASTM D4252-89/2017 and USEPA 24).
