Description

ULTRAPLAN CONTRACT is an ultra-fast drying, self-levelling smoothing compound for interior use, specifically designed for large construction sites. It is used to level and smooth differences in thickness from 1 to 10 mm on new or existing substrates, preparing them to receive all types of flooring. It can be applied up to 20 mm if blended with quartz sand. This product is particularly suitable for areas subjected to castor wheel traffic. It exhibits very low emissions of volatile organic compounds (EMICODE EC1 Plus).

Uses

Ultraplan Contract is used for levelling and smoothing differences in thicknesses from 1 to 10 mm on new or existing interior substrates, such as concrete slabs, cementitious screeds, anhydrite screeds, underfloor heating systems, existing concrete pavements, terrazzo, ceramic and natural stone floors. It prepares these substrates to receive all kinds of flooring, especially in areas requiring high resistance to loads and traffic, including those subjected to castor chairs transit.
