Mapei Lamposilex is an ultra-fast setting and hardening hydraulic binder designed for instantly stopping water leaks, even under pressure. It is a pre-blended powder composed of high-strength cements and special admixtures, formulated in MAPEI Research Laboratories. It contains no chlorides. When mixed with water, Lamposilex forms a paste with a plastic-thixotropic consistency that is easy to apply even on vertical surfaces without the need for formwork. It sets in approximately 1.5 to 2 minutes at +20°C.
