Epojet LV is a two-component, very low viscosity epoxy resin used for injecting into micro-cracks, even on wet surfaces. It is a 100% solids, moisture-tolerant epoxy injection resin that deeply penetrates and seals dry and damp hairline, non-dynamic cracks. Epojet LV is solvent-free and, after mixing, becomes an extremely fluid liquid ideal for injection. It polymerizes without significant shrinkage and is waterproof and resistant to chemical agents after hardening. It also possesses excellent dielectric properties and high mechanical strength.

Epojet LV is used for the monolithic repair of damaged structures by injecting into cracks with a low-pressure or atmospheric pressure pump. It can also be poured directly into horizontal cracks in screeds for sealing. The product is suitable for structural repair of beams, pillars, and cracked floors by low-pressure injection, and for the reinforcement of beams and floors using the b?ton plaqu? method. It can repair architectural concrete, wall coverings, and crumbly architectural elements. Additionally, it is used for structural consolidation and restoration of civil, industrial, and underground road constructions with micro-cracks, for sealing cracks in cementitious screeds, and for restoring concrete structures damaged by earthquakes, settlements, or impacts. Epojet LV can also be combined with sand to become an epoxy mortar.
