HYPERFLEX P10 is a high-quality, polymer-modified bitumen waterproofing membrane produced by the Modern Waterproofing Company. It is modified with SBS to ensure high flexibility at very low temperatures and is reinforced with composite polyester (P) of non-woven polyester armored with glass fiber filaments, providing high mechanical properties and dimensional stability. The mineral slated finish version is recommended for exposed roofing systems (unprotected) on non-accessible roofs or roofs with low traffic conditions.
