Hempel's Thinner 08450 is a general-purpose thinner for HEMPADUR qualities. Thinning is usually not necessary as paints are designed to be applied directly from the can after thorough mixing. However, it can be added to achieve a suitable consistency for application, especially for low film thickness or in cold weather. Thinning should be kept to a minimum to maintain paint quality. It can also be used as a cleaner for pumps and tools.
