Hempadur Quattro 17634 is a two-component universal epoxy paint that cures to a hard and tough coating. It offers good resistance to abrasion, seawater, and various oils, along with excellent anticorrosive and mechanical properties. It is designed as an all-year-round primer, suitable for application in new construction, ballast tanks, cargo oil tanks, and cargo holds.

Short drying time, allowing for fast recoating and handling.
Cures down to -10°C (14°F).
Good resistance to crude oil, seawater, and various other oils.
Excellent anticorrosive and mechanical properties.
EC-type examined as a low flame spread material.
Type approved according to PSPC requirements.

Hempadur Quattro 17634 is recommended as a universal, self-primed, high-performance coating for atmospheric or immersion service. This includes cargo holds, water ballast tanks, and cargo oil tanks, especially those requiring coating according to IMO-PSPC requirements (Resolutions MSC.215(82) and MSC.288(87)). It is suitable for all-year application and in-shop applications demanding fast recoating and handling. It also provides long-term corrosion protection for structural steel and concrete in severe corrosive and immersed environments.
