Fosroc Conbextra GP

Description

Fosroc Conbextra GP is a high-flow, non-shrink, cementitious grout. It is supplied as a ready-to-use dry powder, composed of Portland cements, graded fillers, and chemical additives. The addition of a controlled amount of clean water produces a free-flowing grout for gap thicknesses from 10mm up to 100mm. The low water requirement ensures high early strength and long-term durability. Conbextra GP is designed to provide controlled expansion in the plastic state and will not segregate or bleed.

Uses

Fosroc Conbextra GP is used for general purpose grouting where it is essential to eliminate shrinkage when completely filling the void between a base plate and a substrate, such as the grouting of stanchion base plates. It can also be used for anchoring a wide range of fixings including masts, anchor bolts, fence posts, and reinforcing steel bars. Other applications include filling joints between pre-cast concrete panels, grouting where pouring access is restricted, and for bedding in lieu of dry packs.
