Description
A fish farm with 3,000 m² basin in a medical resort on the Cairo/Alexandria desert road.
The Challenge
The basin was originally created by pouring concrete without removing the existing salt or repairing the surface in a professional way which led to the appearance of many cracks.
It was difficult to isolate the surface specially with the hard atmospheric factors
The complete solution was presented to the owner which was:
Treating the surface with the grout material “Master Emaco 488″ with the tying material ” Master Cut 140″
Isolating using 3 layers of “Master Seal 599” including fiber sheets under each layer
This solution saved 1.5 million L.E. compared with other solutions
